LP42 PROTECTION POST
PROTECTION POSTS - We have the PE protection post most successful in food industry and warehouse applications. Just over 1000 mm high, 150 mm diameter, with steel fixing ring and PE cover. Ideal for food/hygiene applications.
LED traffic lights - RED/GREEN, low voltage, low initial cost and cheap to run. Built for trade supply only, we are now offering these direct to the trade and to end users. Quantity discounts apply.
The popular LTL18 is still available. This can be supplied with a cowl (recommended) for external use, or stand alone if used internally with high speed doors.
At £75 each for the standalone light system it is one of the lowest priced units on the market. 24v AC/DC means in most cases it can be wired directly into your door control or dock leveller panel.
The mounting box is IP66 as supplied and the light cluster of 18 Red LEDs and 18 Green LEDs offer a light output which far exceeds most of our competitors traffic lights.
No expensive maintenance costs - if an LED fails light output is hardly noticed. With LEDs guaranteed for up to 2 years, this removes the endless task of replacing light bulbs.
10 year life expectancy - is not unforseeable. With no moving parts and IP66 box which stops ingress of water and dust.
Simple low cost installation - No additional transformers, or mounting brackets required. Fix straight back to the wall.
Adaptable to your applications - if you do want to use it on any system which is 240V we can supply a simple low cost transformer for mounting inside the light box.
Compact Design - using a small 100 x 200 x 90 mm box, with four fixing holes, the lights are easily fixed to cladding, steel or brickwork.
Increased safety - using 18 LEDs in each cluster, the light system is not likely to fail and cause an accident. A single bulb if it fails, the complete system is down. Our clusters still give out a considerable amount of light output with only half the LEDs working.

The same benefits that we gave you with the LTL18 systems, but now in a Polystyrene box, still to IP66, but at an even lower price of less than £60 if purchased in quantities.
This model is more suited for use with high speed doors, but can safely be used on loading docks where direct sunlight is not likely to give any false readings.
Light output is by using the same number of LEDs in each cluster of RED and Green. Fixing method remains as the LTL18.
