We are extremely excited by the number of new and innovative products we have been able to bring into 2012.

Working closely with our customers and our suppliers we have found ways of reducing costs, improving product range and minimising the annual costs for maintenenace to these products.

Aimed at the food and pharmaceutical industry. A low cost door with special features to stop the dust and dirt sitting on exposed flat surfaces. Curved features, canopy, top seal, PE side guides and soft bottom edge which can be fitted with wireless safety edge or twin safety photocell protection as an alternative. Horizontal stiffeners to combat pressurised areas, vision if required. Can be supplied with our new touchless sensors to reduce cross contamination.

We have taken many of the features of our successful LTL18 low voltage LED Traffic Lights and improved the overall design and construction. In the process we have made them easier to install and incorporated a fixing system which retains the IP66 enclosure rating, allowing direct fixing to wall, panel or cladding. To make things even easier to install, we have included three metres of three-core cable, pre-wired so that the unit is ready to be wired directly into your 24VAC/DCcontrol panel.
The unit uses a wider angle LED design which makes it far better for use with high speed doors.
Despite all the extra features, the new units are more than 20% cheaper than the original LTL range of Traffic Lights.

EASIER INSTALLATION - Incorporating the fixing brackets and 3 metres of 3-core glanded cable reducing installation time and maintaining the enclosure rating.
24VAC/DC - Low operating costs, reduced energy use, minimal maintenance.
SAFER IN USE - less chance of light failure. If one LED fails there are 17 more to continue the good work, so reducing the risk of accidental light failure. No changing of a single light bulb or failure of light to work because of a fused lamp.
